A cooling tower is a specialized heat exchange system designed to dissipate excess heat into the atmosphere by evaporative cooling. One of the prominent models in the market is the NRT series counter flow induced draft cooling tower, which features a round type structure for efficient operation. CASING AND WATER BASIN:

Fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP) is applied with water-resistance resin and a high-quality fiberglass mat. With good moisture, high gel, and high strength, spray the gel coat on FRP parts by machine, and it is thermal formed.

FAN & DRIVING SYSTEM:

All cooling tower fans with adjustable pitch blades are applied to being balanced so they operate stably and quietly. The material chosen is A.B.S, aluminum alloy for usual standard, FRP, or stainless steel material available for option. Small capacity cooling tower adopts direct drive low noise fan. A bigger capacity fan is equipped with a belt drive speed reducer or gear box.

WATER DISTRIBUTION:

Using a high-coefficient rotating sprinkler head made of plastic or aluminum alloy could reduce the pressure of friction loss, and the water can be distributed evenly to achieve maximum thermal cooling performance.

FILL PACKING:

Used high quality & improved performance PVC with good material, it has high cooling efficiency and anti-corrosive & UL V-0. The surface of the infill is corrugated to increase the filling pitch to ensure that the infill is clog-free and overcome the water quality problem. Unique material is an option if the water temperature is high when entering water.

FRAME:

The framework is made of hot dip galvanized steel (HDGS), to makes the cooling tower in rust-free, durable and long service life.
