Description
Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a highly effective method for water clarification. This process involves dissolving air into water under high pressure and then releasing the pressure, which leads to the formation of millions of tiny air bubbles. These bubbles attach to suspended particles in the water, reducing their density to less than that of water. As a result, the particles rise quickly to the surface, where they can be collected and removed, leaving behind clear, purified water. This efficient separation technique is commonly used in industries requiring high-quality water treatment, such as wastewater management, water purification, and industrial processes.
