Greenify offers environmental technology solutions, including but not limited to Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. The specifics of services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account information, including passwords.

In no event shall Greenify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third-party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
